We are all aware that some major Gita organisations distribute big fat copies of the SBG to people. However, the question is that of what use it is? People hardly cross two pages, shut the book and put away for a later time probably until they enter their late sixties, or until the day they meet someone like me who talks them into reading it.
The problem:
People are generally not motivated or are probably lazy to read the SBG. It could be for three main reasons:
a. They are already convinced that the SBG is too deep and cannot be learned by oneself without the help of a teacher.
b. Philosophy and the material world of family and career do not go together.
c. The scripture, which is highly metaphorical, can sometimes go over the head of a reader who is not mentally prepared for such knowledge.
The solution:
Instead of organising high level spiritual Satsangs, or distributing fat books among people, to create something that people can read within a short duration of time and internalise with ease the ESSENCE of the philosophy.
a. My SBG Run-through video available which is already in YouTube.
b. *Capture the Essence – Srimad Bhagavad Gita Paperback and ebook editions of a short book containing brief summaries of the 18 Chapters sprinkled with the author’s thoughts and interpretations.
“Wouldn’t people be willing to invest INR 100 or USD 5 on something that can change the lives of themselves and of their loved ones?” I ask myself.
The reason for fixing a price for this e-book is simply because most people do not respect what comes for free and therefore do not benefit from it.
I wish that everyone reads the short book with less than 70 pages and learn to live a blessed life with great health, peace, love, freedom, prosperity, and fulfilment.
Some organised religions say, “The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.” What? Why? Why should anyone fear God as if he were some kind of ‘Boogeyman’ or something?! This kind of ridiculousness stems from the age-old technique of organised systems of mass mind manipulation and enslavement, and of conceptualising ‘god’ to be a separate angry being residing in the skies. A separate ‘god’, a holy book, and one or more ‘divine’ individuals, are some principal requirements of organised religions, cults or religious ‘isms’. ….

An Excerpt from “Wings of Fire” by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
Said Swami Sivananda to the young Dr Kalam: “What you are destined to become is not revealed now but it is predetermined. Forget this failure, as it was essential to lead you to your destined path. Search, instead, for the true purpose of your existence. Become one with yourself, my son! ”

It symbolises the fact that the ten factors are almost invincible and that they can be destroyed through knowledge, devotion, Dharma and total surrender to Supreme Divinity.

THE SRIMAD BHAGAVAD GITA – Chapter 01 – NARRATED in Sanskrit – EXPERIENCE THE GITA in SANSKRIT
The proposed date of release of the video containing the entire Srimad Bhagavad Gita in Sanskrit: Vijaya Dashami day 15.10.2021
The Srimad Bhagavad Gita can be called the panacea for all sorts of issues in life simply because it is a treatise that can systematically guide a seeker to attain mastery over his or her own mind, which is where everything that exists, exists.
Do not waste your time looking for solutions outside of you. The SRIMAD BHAGAVAD GITA – MADE EASY – A RUN-THROUGH in English
We could say that about 98% of the so-called ‘Hindus’ of India are either not motivated or are simply lazy to read the SBG thanks to the sheer size of the book. And even if they have read it, they do not try to understand the metaphor in the teachings, but take off on a tangent by taking things in a literal sense, and go farther and farther from Vedanta.
Well, the fact is that the large sizes of the different copies of the SBG are mainly due to the lengthy interpretations by spiritual masters, which are not required in the beginning stages of one’s spiritual journey.
Apart from the Audiobooks, videos, ebooks and paperbacks that I have created, this Run-through video of the SBG, is aimed at making it easy for anyone who understands English to learn at least the fundamentals of Vedanta.
All you would need to do in the beginning of your spiritual journey into your Self, would be to first get the gist of the non-dualistic philosophy of Vedanta, knowing which, will set any seeker mentally, intellectually, and spiritually free.
I might have suggested this video earlier, but I don’t mind doing it again. If you wish to alter your entire thought process and your whole future ahead of you to make it fulfilling and meaningful instead of being stuck in an unintelligent ego-based corner in your mind, just put everything aside and watch this 1-hour 50-minute video at a stretch. Use headphones.
If you wish, you may get back to me by mail once you’ve done it and discuss it further.
Number of visitors of this site have thanked me for this post and written to me that they go to the post quite often as it immediately calms them down.
I wrote it to push people away from their victim mentality when things do not go well in their lives.
No god, planet, or any evil force is doing anything to anyone
Who does one pray to? To oneself, of course but not to the individual as a person or to their ego, but to their Self, which is nothing but the All-pervading Supreme Self that manifests in different forms as various points of expression
Krishna is not some separate spirit like being sitting elsewhere but He is the personification of the All-pervading Supreme Self. Humans basically need a form in order to visualise and connect. SBG 12:01-05
Wasting money in Pujas instead of using the money for the benefit of others is a selfish act. By the way, in the SBG, Krishna never asked anyone to go to temples, perform Pujas, donate Him money, or worship bearded mleccha babas who slaughter innocent animals and live on their carrion.
In SBG 9:26 Krishna, as the JagadGuru, says that He accepts anything that is offered to Him with devotion and a pure heart. It could be a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or a little water.
Wealth and other material comforts are a kind of special window seats in a train or a plane of which the destination is the same for all passengers. They are also like business class seats that offer more leg room in an airplane, with all passengers flying to the same destination.
Self-respecting people should never allow others or anything else to control their mind. The moment you get upset because someone said something to you, treated you badly, or insulted you, what you are doing is letting them control the state of your mind, which means you are their mental slave. Would you really want that?
पुनः पुनः – Punah punah : Read the Srimad Bhagavad Gita Again and Again
Reading the Srimad Bhagavad Gita once or twice is one thing but reading it again and again is another. This is because every time a seeker reads it, he or she learns something new in it or something new occurs to them every time they read it depending upon their state of mind while they read it. Negative qualities such as confusion, fear, anger, hate, jealousy, or dissatisfaction usually stem from one’s superstitions, faulty ‘God concept’, and their poor understanding of Life, Karma, and Death. In fact, reading the Srimad Bhagavad Gita often and studying individual chapters in detail should be an essential part in raising children and in their education which will help them grow up into fine adults.
If you wish to gain a rational understanding of the things that happen in your life, of your Karma, and destiny; improve your skills in crisis management and leadership, develop self-confidence, and work with social responsibility as a guiding factor; make studying the Srimad Bhagavad Gita an essential part of your life.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON YOU NEED TO FIRST IMPRESS IS THE ONE YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR EVERY DAY – YOU.
THAT WOULD BE THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS ACHIEVING SELF-CONFIDENCE AND BECOMING A WINNER.
When you get what you want in your struggle for pelf,
And the world makes you King for a day,
Then go to the mirror and look at yourself,
And see what that guy has to say.
For it isn’t your Father, or Mother, or Wife,
Whose judgement upon you must pass.
The feller whose verdict counts most in your life
Is the guy staring back from the glass.
He’s the feller to please, never mind all the rest,
For he’s with you clear up to the end,
And you’ve passed your most dangerous, difficult test
If the guy in the glass is your friend.
You may be like Jack Horner and “chisel” a plum,
And think you’re a wonderful guy,
But the man in the glass says you’re only a bum
If you can’t look him straight in the eye.
You can fool the whole world down the pathway of years,
And get pats on the back as you pass,
But your final reward will be heartaches and tears
If you’ve cheated the guy in the glass.
Should winning be your main goal, it would not matter
– how wealthy you are
– how well qualified you are
– how physically strong you are
– how good-looking you are, or
– what gender you are
But what would truly matter are
– how powerful you are from within
– how strong your will is
– how much you believe in yourself
– how sure you are of yourself
and above all,
– how badly you want to achieve your goal.
The old farmer and his sons – CONSTRUCTIVE DREAMING INSTEAD of WORRYING AND OVER-THINKING
A Wife with Down Syndrome and her Autistic Husband (A Real Love Story)
This is one of the sweetest videos I have watched on YouTube recently.
Being a person who does some marriage counselling once in a while, I would really be interested in talking to these two beautiful people with such unbelievably pristine hearts and souls to find out how they can be so pure in their hearts.
Could it be due to their respective chromosomal and complex developmental conditions, or is it that ‘normal’ people too, with no such conditions, be able to emulate them and live a love-filled and blissful life with not even traces of anger, jealousy, ego, hatred, or even violence?
I can watch this video again and again. The two are truly a fairy tale couple. May they stay blessed and share with others the true secret of their love for each other, as well as that of staying so deeply in love.
Money is not everything in life, but it certainly is extremely important for a comfortable life.
This short Wealth Mantra Meditation can help a seeker attract wealth towards him or her. However, before you commence the meditation, which you would need to do with absolute focus and concentration, please promise to yourself to be generous and helpful to others.
For a better effect and good results, please use headphones and, if possible, switch off the lights in your room before you begin to watch the video.
About three years ago, one of the thousands of wonderful people who visit this site contacted me, and during our conversation, we talked about the Aditya Hridayam Mantra. Being a person who had already taken my suggestion, learned the Mantra by heart, chanted it every morning, and immensely benefited due to the Mantra, she suggested that I create a video of me reciting it in my style in place of chanting or singing it the usual way because she felt that the power that the Mantra is loaded with could be then truly experienced by a listener in a manner that would be even more effective.
Considering her suggestion, I made this video and uploaded it on my YouTube channel. In April 2021, the video crossed half a million views and today the number of views has exceeded 600,000.
I feel greatly blessed that this ordinary video of mine has helped, inspired, motivated, and empowered so many people.
May you all stay abundantly blessed and may your lives shine with Divine Brightness and Light.
It may be understandable that spiritually ignorant people of other foreign cults with the god, devil, heaven, hell and a judgement day concept fall for ridiculous stories, but why should these ‘hindoos’ go for all this? Most ‘hindoo’ people have no idea about their own Sanatana Dharma and that is why they get fooled and brainwashed so easily by enemies of the Dharma. The first thing they need to stop immediately is talking nonsense such as ‘all religions preach the same’ stuff.
It is truly unfortunate that although it hardly takes 3 to 4 hours to read a translated version of the Gita and understand at least some basics of Advaita Vedanta, a lot of the so-called ‘hindoo’ people would prefer watching some ridiculous feature film for three hours, worship ghosts and graves of babas, or sit for hours before a baba who converts one Shloka from the SBG into a chewing gum, but not spend that time on something that can change their whole life for the better!
Whatever differences there may be among Sanatanis, none of them would ever disrespect or reject Krishna. The power of Bhagavan Krishna is one single and strong unifying force that all Sanatana Dharmis could use to come together. The SBG is the same for everyone, whichever part of India or the world they may come from.
Anybody among the ‘hindoos’ who creates a sect or a subsect is an enemy of the Sanatana Dharma because they are contributing towards breaking the unity among Sanatana Dharmis.
A lot of people are simply lazy to read the entire SBG because
a. They think it would take a long time to read
b. They find the SBG boring to read, with all those lengthy and highly philosophical interpretations by babas and gurus.
In order to make it easier for people to at least have a basic idea on the teachings of Krishna, I have published paperbacks with simple and easy to follow translations, audiobooks, a video course, and a number of videos.
Please click on the link given below and visit the page to find useful SBG resources. You may benefit from them, thereby bringing bliss in the lives of yourself and of your loved ones.
The Sattvic or pure men worship the gods; the Rajasic or the passionate worship the Yakshas and the Rakshasas; the others who are Tamasic or deluded, worship the ghosts and the hosts of nature-spirits.
That by which one sees the one indestructible Reality in all beings, undivided among the divided – you should know that knowledge to be Sattvic or pure.
At least now brainwashed people should realise the truth, dump all Adharmic thoughts and go to Bhagavan Krishna for a total SHARANAAGATI!!
अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः || १८ ६६ ||
sarva dharmaan parityajya maamekam sharanam vraja
aham tvaam sarvapaapebhyo moksha yishyaami maa shuchaha (SBG 18:66)
Abandoning all your ideas of righteousness, take complete refuge in Me. I will liberate you from all sins. Do not despair.
REMEMBER – NO ONE CAN ERASE, MITIGATE OR SHARE YOUR PAST KARMA.
The way to do it would be through BALANCING KARMA, for which a seeker would require KNOWLEDGE, and this KNOWLEDGE can be acquired by studying the SRIMAD BHAGAVAD GITA.
Unhappiness, dissatisfaction, anger, jealousy, hatred and other such destructive feelings arise from the inability TO COME TO TERMS WITH A SITUATION OR SITUATIONS – at least TEMPORARILY.
This post is being because I’m confident that whoever goes through it, no matter how stressful their situation might be, would feel better, calmer, and more composed.
One should always be careful not to fall into the bottomless black hole of the feeling of victimhood.
Staying Mentally Awake and Alert to Blessings in the form of Opportunities
On the one hand, there are people who long for great opportunities, and on the other, there are also people, who, due to trivial matters, stick their heads in the sand and miss great prospects that knock on their door saying that they are feeling bitter and angry over life, and are therefore undergoing depression.
It is very easy to lose great chances in the blink of an eye, which means that it would be unwise to not stay aware and alert.
A person’s greatest enemy is usually his or her own untamed and uncontrolled mind. Take a look at SBG 6:05-06.
Those who say they are looking for solutions are, in fact, merely, subconsciously looking for people who agree with them and empathise with them. They want people to tell them, “Oh poor you, I can understand how much you have been suffering, and I pray that ‘God opens His eyes’ and that your ‘time changes for the better.’
This attitude is a perfect recipe for an entire life of misery. It comes from a person’s innate resistance to change. A solution could mean a change in their daily life, from which their subconscious mind tells them to stay away!
I have seen in my current stint on the planet so many people who are still languishing in the same condition they were in over three decades ago! They have experienced neither economical improvements nor spiritual growth. And whom do they blame? Of course, their ‘bad horoscope’, black magic by those who do not like them, and not to forget, God, who, they say, is ‘testing’ their faith!
Those of you who are sincerely looking for a major change in life might want to take the trouble of going to the TVM Gita site, locating the Shlokas given below, and reading them.
SBG 2:37, SBG 11:33, and of course the first two Shlokas above SBG 6:05-03.
THE ‘VEGGIE-VEGAN’ RUBBISH SPREAD BY A CERTAIN EUROPEAN MAN IN OCHRE ROBES.
(Wearing flowing ochre robes seems to be a prime requirement to be recognised as a spiritual teacher by people)
What the hell is ‘veggie-vegan? Is it vegetarian vegan? You are either vegan or not vegan. You can’t consume animals products and have the audacity to say you are vegan.
‘Veggie-vegan’ – sounds almost like a ‘law-abiding robber’ or a ‘peaceful terrorist.’
“It is a shame that they straightaway accept whatever a person from the West utters, even if it is plain rubbish. The way some people from the West sell their ideas about Krishna and Vedic spirituality to us Indian Sanatanis is like an African trying to teach an Eskimo what ice is or a snake teaching a bird how to fly.”
THE LACK OF CLARITY IN THINKING IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS BEHIND MOST OF THE PROBLEMS OF PEOPLE LEADING TO THEIR INCORRECT CHOICES AS WELL AS SUFFERINGS.
Anyone wishing to study Vedanta could start with the Srimad Bhagavad Gita and then move on to other scriptures.
Unfortunately, there certainly are many people, who, instead of celebrating every moment of the greatest wonder called life, tend to fall into a dark hole of complaining, brooding, being depressed, and feeling negative.
However, there are also people like ‘Nightbirde’ Jane Marczewski who face even the most serious of challenges with courage, style, and aplomb.

The Aditya Hridayam Mantra 600,000 + views

Worshipping babas and dargas:
Bhagavan Krishna has said:
SBG 17:04
यजन्ते सात्त्विका देवान्यक्षरक्षांसि राजसाः |
प्रेतान्भूतगणांश्चान्ये यजन्ते तामसा जनाः || १७ ४ ||
yajante saattvikaa devaan yaksharakshaamsi raajasaah
pretaan bhootaganaamsh-chaanye yajante taamasaa janaah (SBG 17:04)
The Sattvic or pure men worship the gods; the Rajasic or the passionate worship the Yakshas and the Rakshasas; the others who are Tamasic or deluded, worship the ghosts and the hosts of nature-spirits.
SBG 13:27 समं सर्वेषु भूतेषु तिष्ठन्तं परमेश्वरम् |
विनश्यत्स्वविनश्यन्तं यः पश्यति स पश्यति || १३ २७ ||
samam sarveshu bhooteshu tisht hantam parameshvaram
vinashyatsva vinashyantam yah pashyati sa pashyati(SBG 13:27)
The person who truly sees is the one who sees the Supreme Bhagavan, existing equally in all beings, the unperishing within the perishing.
SBG 18:20 सर्वभूतेषु येनैकं भावमव्ययमीक्षते |
अविभक्तं विभक्तेषु तज्ज्ञानं विद्धि सात्त्विकम् || १८ २० ||
sarva bhooteshu yenaikam bhaava mavyaya meekshate
avibhaktam vibhakteshu tajjnaanam viddhi saattvikam (SBG 18:20)
That by which one sees the one indestructible Reality in all beings, undivided among the divided – you should know that knowledge to be Sattvic or pure.
At least now brainwashed people should realise the truth, dump all Adharmic thoughts and go to Bhagavan Krishna for a total SHARANAAGATI!!
Shloka 18:66 सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज |
अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः || १८ ६६ ||
sarva dharmaan parityajya maamekam sharanam vraja
aham tvaam sarvapaapebhyo moksha yishyaami maa shuchaha (SBG 18:66)
Abandoning all your ideas of righteousness, take complete refuge in Me. I will liberate you from all sins. Do not despair.
REMEMBER – NO ONE CAN ERASE, MITIGATE OR SHARE YOUR PAST KARMA.
The way to do it would be through BALANCING KARMA, for which a seeker would require KNOWLEDGE, and this KNOWLEDGE can be acquired by studying the SRIMAD BHAGAVAD GITA.

The HAPPINESS SWITCH – A REFRESHER

Life is happening NOW.
