You don’t need to wait until you get older to study this amazing scripture. You have an entire life ahead to go even deeper into the SBG, but start NOW.

The 100 Shlokas from the SBG with simple translations in seven languages Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, English, are aimed at making it even simpler to comprehend the core essence of each Shloka.

You are sure to undergo a paradigm shift in your way of perceiving life, ‘god’, nature, people, work, relationships, and destiny.

  8. Self Pity is a DRUG

    “Poor me.”

“I am bitter and angry with the world.”

“The world is such a mean place to live in.”

“The stars are out to destroy me.”

“I am a victim of society.”

The above are statements that are uttered usually by people who use a ‘drug’ called self-pity.

That’s right. Self-pity is indeed like a drug. It is so easy to take the help of this ‘drug’. It usually starts with the seemingly harmless but frequent use of the word ‘because’ in whatever people say.

  10. Stop drinking stolen animal baby food.

    GO VEGAN

Recently, one of the visitors of this site, wrote to me and said that he had done some dietary changes and saw health-wise miracles happening to him.

This person had been taking insulin injections since 2004. But after starting a diet programme for diabetes which included giving up dairy products, he has stopped taking insulin injections in merely ten days.

Stop drinking stolen animal baby food. You drank your mother’s milk when you were a child and that’s sufficient for you. Cows and buffaloes make milk for their own babies and not for you. No other creature including cows and bulls, continue drinking mammary milk into adulthood. Animals do not drink the mammary milk of other species, and that is what humans have been brainwashed to do believing that what they are doing is right.

Do some research for yourself. Stay healthy, and reduce the accumulation of Karma.
