*Before proceeding further, take a moment to note down your current state of mind and your general understanding of Divinity, Vedic Sanatana Dharma, Karma, and Dharma. Once you’ve finished watching all the videos on this page, reflect on your thoughts and emotions and jot them down. Please feel free to let me know if you wish.
Watching the videos below in the specified order will significantly aid in achieving their purpose of providing clarity and elevating your state of mind to a higher and more blissful level, much closer to the ultimate goal of all Vedic studies. Start from the end of the page.
If you find it hard to shed the duality that defines your entire philosophy, mental makeup, and attitude, this page with a collection of selected videos is for you. Prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transcendence. Join me as we delve into the profound wisdom of Vedanta to unravel the illusion of duality and embrace the grand truth of existence and awareness.
Through a series of enlightening videos, I help you explore the essence of Nonduality, and understanding Atmagnyana or the Knowledge of the SELF. The highest stage of learning on the Vedic path is indeed Atmagnyaana. It is the ultimate reality in Vedanta.
Shlokas SBG 2:41-45
“Unintelligent people, who have minds full of desires, are attracted by the flowery statements in the Vedas and they consider heaven as their highest goal. For them there is nothing else higher than it. They speak about the rites as prescribed in the Vedas which get them good birth, power, and enjoyment. They think that there is nothing beyond pleasure and a wealthy life. People, who are attached to such gratifications and power, are carried away by these words, and are not able to attain total determination to concentrate on the Supreme Bhagavan and attain Samaadhi.
Vedic literature deals with subjects that fall under the three Gunas. O Arjuna, you should RISE ABOVE THE THREE, BE FREE FROM DUALITIES, and the thoughts of acquisition and preservation, always remain in Sattva or goodness and BE ESTABLISHED IN THE SELF.”
Shloka 2:46 of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita:
यावानर्थ उदपाने सर्वतः संप्लुतोदके |
तावान्सर्वेषु वेदेषु ब्राह्मणस्य विजानतः || २ ४६ ||
yaavaan-artha udhapaane
sarvataha samplu-todake
thaavaan-sarveshu vedeshu
braahmaNasya vijaanataha (SBG 2:46)
“For a man of SELF-realisation, the purpose served by the Vedas is as much as what a small well does when it is flooded everywhere.”
Together, we will uncover the timeless wisdom that subjective awareness is none other than Brahman itself, omnipresent and transcending names and forms.
Prepare to expand your consciousness, dissolve the barriers of perception, and tap into the infinite reservoir of truth within. Let’s embark on this great journey together!
You can watch a couple of videos or more every day, even on your mobile, and soon you will be through. I will keep updating this page with newer content.

Universal Harmony and Peace
Beliefs are fluid concepts that can evolve over time. It’s crucial to acknowledge that they are subjective interpretations or convictions held by individuals, susceptible to change due to personal experiences, new information, shifting circumstances, and exposure to diverse perspectives. This adaptability enables individuals to refine their viewpoints and understandings as they navigate life’s complexities. It is called intellectual evolution. Why should we let mutable beliefs dictate our interactions with others and risk fracturing society or fostering animosity?
In today’s world, religious differences often serve as barriers, dividing communities and fuelling misunderstanding. However, within these divides lies the potential for unity and harmony.
In the video below, I go into the complexities of religious diversity and the journey towards understanding and acceptance.
Through thoughtful reflection and open dialogue, our aim should be to bridge the gaps that separate us and embrace the diversity that enriches our society.
Together, let’s uncover the common truth that unites us all, regardless of our beliefs and traditions.
In this brief journey, we’ll examine the divisive effects of beliefs, explore their complexities, and consider the potential for unity amidst diversity. As I take a short drive, I reflect aloud on the importance of transcending beliefs and cultivating understanding and acceptance to foster a harmonious society.
Total Mental Freedom
Don’t divisions among people seem to be deepening with each passing day?
Have you ever pondered the reasons behind religion-based conflicts?
They are nothing but a clash of ideologies. People of one religion want to completely annihilate the people of another!
From rigid doctrines of organised religions to personal faith, belief systems hold immense power, influencing our perspectives and actions.
Let’s have a look at organised religions, in which adherence to prescribed beliefs is non-negotiable, and why their followers are sometimes not just violent but also murderous. These religions enforce dogmatic elements, demanding conformity from their followers without question.
Vedic wisdom offers a profound alternative, in which even the faintest concept of belief does not exist. It is a journey of both spiritual and intellectual evolution. It’s about engaging in self-discovery, culminating in the realisation of the all-pervading Self, personified as Krishna.
Unlike organised religions that limit the human spirit, Vedanta transcends dogma. The entire dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna in the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, is about introspection and discernment, and certainly not imposition.
The culmination of Vedanta is the attainment of Self-knowledge, transcending all dualities of our mundane existence.
Embracing Vedanta requires a departure from the mentally enslaving chains of blind belief, inviting true seekers to listen, study, observe, analyse, process, and arrive at a higher understanding.
True knowledge is the way to rise above divisive forces and embrace spiritual enlightenment. Dogma is always based on belief, whereas Vedanta is about study, research, discovery, experience, and enlightenment. So, let’s cast aside the constraints of dogma and embark on a journey of self-discovery and liberation through studying Vedanta.
Stay blessed.
Thank you.
Jai Shri Krishna.
*If you’re a young person, accessing the profound wisdom of scriptures like the Tripura Rahasya alongside the Srimad Bhagavad Gita can set a transformative course for your life.
**While I haven’t published a translation of the Tripura Rahasya, you can easily find a PDF version with a quick Google search. My personal opinion is that just like the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, you will need to read it at least two or three times to begin to internalise the philosophy considering the years you might have spent immersed in duality.
An Introduction to the Tripura Rahasya
Go for a life-changing journey with the Tripura Rahasya, an ancient scripture revered for its profound wisdom. Delving into the depths of Advaita Vedanta philosophy, this sacred text offers seekers a pathway to enlightenment and liberation from life’s illusions.
At its core lies Devi Tripura, symbolising the supreme consciousness presiding over the three states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. Through her divine grace, seekers explore the layers of their own consciousness, transcending mundane existence.
Embedded within are tales of valour and devotion, guiding readers towards self-discovery and spiritual evolution. Hand-picked verses illuminate the essence of nonduality, offering direct insights into the nature of the SELF and reality.
As a guiding light to liberation, the Tripura Rahasya invites you to transcend false beliefs and embrace fulfillment. Its accessible parables promise a life-changing experience, leading to peace, contentment, and spiritual enlightenment.
Watch the introductory video below and may you discover the profound wisdom of the Tripura Rahasya, transforming your life for the better.
Jai Shri Krishna.
*Don’t read this if you happen to have dumped someone in your life! It is because this video can make you feel uncomfortable.
It is a well-known fact, or rather an undeniable truth, that relationships in today’s world often feel transactional. We’re all too familiar with the unspoken expectations and conditions that can cloud the purity of connection, whether it be between parents and children, siblings, partners, or friends. Yet amidst this backdrop of complexity, there exists a timeless truth: the essence of true love transcends the realm of give-and-take, rooted instead in selflessness, honesty, and empathy.
Genuine love, at its very core, is about prioritising the well-being and happiness of our loved ones above all else. It’s about understanding and acceptance, free from the shackles of entitlement or demands. In these rare and precious relationships, honesty forms the bedrock upon which trust and understanding flourish, weathering the storms of life with unwavering strength.
Think about the spontaneous generosity people often show after clearing themselves out of challenging situations due to the unexpected support they receive during tough times. Just as someone who has been helped out of a tight spot is likely to pay it forward, those who are secure in themselves tend to naturally extend kindness and compassion to others. Their actions, much like the immediate assistance and support offered in moments of crisis, make a real difference in the lives of those around them, fostering a sense of solidarity and mutual care within their community.
I watched this video, in which I saw a powerful example of love and kindness in action. In a world in which you sometimes come across selfish, cold, and heartless people who are devoid of such qualities, Chris and James emerged as beacons of hope, embodying the very essence of compassion and goodwill. Some people promise they will never leave the side of the person they claim to love but very easily change their minds and go away. In a society where selfishness often prevails, it’s important to pause and reflect on the examples set by individuals like Chris and James. Their unwavering love and kindness remind us of the true meaning of human connection and challenge us to strive for deeper, more meaningful relationships based on mutual respect and genuine affection.
I would not like to use the term loyalty here because I think that the virtue of honesty stands above all other such positive qualities. It is like a huge banyan tree, of which all other noble virtues are downward roots going into the ground and strengthening the whole tree.
Navigating the intricate landscape of contemporary existence, may we draw inspiration from the essence of Chris and James—imbued with compassion, empathy, and boundless love, extending to our family, friends, partners, and even our beloved pets. Let us treasure the meaningful connections that bring depth to our lives and endeavour to nurture relationships grounded in sincerity and understanding.
In our world, which can sometimes feel cold, indifferent, and heartless, let us be the warmth and light that others so desperately need. Let’s celebrate the beauty of true love and kindness, and let’s allow the story of Chris and James to inspire us to be better, to do better, and to love better.

“Therefore, after innumerable births, the one who has perfected his or her wisdom, understanding fully My universal reality, surrenders to Me and such a soul is very rare.”
Aim to be that rare one, not a sycophantic follower of some cult or individual. Anyone who helps in removing ignorance, which exists due to the mind being shrouded by meaningless beliefs and illogical concepts, is a GURU, which means remover of darkness. I must admit that I have learned quite a few things from my son, and therefore, he too is my GURU.

“My obeisance to the Guru, the Bliss of Brahman, the One who bestows Supreme Happiness and is Knowledge personified.
To the One who transcends the pairs of opposites, is vast as the sky and who is known as “That you are”.
To the One who is eternal, pure, unchanging and is the witness of the functions of the intellect.
To the One who is above all mental states and the three Gunas.
My salutations to that Divine Guru.”
Remember that everything you come across in scriptures such as the Puranas is nothing but 100% allegory. The author of the Bhagavata PuraNa has given such a clear and precise disclaimer in the scripture.
कथा इमास्ते कथिता महीयसां विताय लोकेषु यशः परेयुषाम् ।
विज्ञानवैराग्यविवक्षया विभो वचोविभूतीर्न तु पारमार्थ्यम् ॥ १२.३.१४॥

It was Shloka 12:3:14 of the Srimad Bhagavata PuraNa.
The son of sage VedaVyasa, Shukadeva Goswami, who is the main narrator of the Bhagavata Purana says to king Parikshith: “O mighty, king, I have told you tales of illustrious kings whose reputations have extended far and wide before their eventual passing. However, my primary objective has always been to impart the wisdom of transcendental knowledge and the importance of renunciation. Although these stories of great kings add grandeur and splendour to my narrations, they, on their own, do not constitute the ultimate knowledge.”
You are Divine. All beings are Divine. Divinity is all-pervading.
Vedanta has nothing to do with religion. It is the science of all sciences.
Stay blessed with great health, happiness, prosperity, and, above all, freedom.
Jai Shri Krishna.

Denzel Washington, one of my favourite Hollywood actors, exudes brilliance in his style. His wisdom transcends all barriers, especially the common narrative of people feeling oppressed due to their ethnicity or skin colour.
When he declares, “I’m very proud to be black, but black is not all I am. That’s my cultural historical background, my genetic makeup, but it’s not all of who I am, nor is it the basis from which I answer every question,” he delivers a profound message that surpasses cultural, racial, and background constraints.
Often, society encourages us to wear labels—to categorise ourselves based on culture, race, or social status. While these aspects are undeniably a part of our identity, they should not dominate or confine us. Denzel’s message is clear: embracing your individuality and understanding that labels do not define you are vital for personal growth and liberation.
The act of labelling oneself comes with a set of risks. It can lead to a victim mentality, where one believes their background grants them certain entitlements or absolves them of accountability. Such an outlook constrains personal growth and hinders societal progress.
In a world that aspires to equality and unity, it’s crucial to acknowledge that our backgrounds, whether cultural, racial, or social, do not determine our worth. We are all equal members of the human race, and our actions, character, and integrity are the true measures of our essence. It’s our individual contributions and the values we uphold that leave an enduring imprint on the world.
Denzel’s words echo the idea that while we should take pride in our backgrounds, they should not confine us. Let us celebrate our uniqueness and recognise that our character is the true basis from which we answer life’s questions. By shedding limiting labels, we open ourselves up to infinite opportunities and the chance to connect with others based on shared values and aspirations.
As Denzel Washington underscores, it is crucial to recognise that we are more than our cultural, racial, or social backgrounds. Our individuality is a cause for celebration, and it is through our shared humanity that we can work together to improve the world. So, let’s break free from labels, embrace our unique qualities, and stand together in unity and equality.
